Nice relaxing place to chill with a cup of coffee. Didn’t know they serve set lunch too. Service from the barista was actually quite good. He even offered us some ice water. This place has a nice vibe. Oh, they serve wines as well. Can be a nice place to hang out with friends.

Slow down time and step into Groundstory from the busy street into an oasis of pretty things for the house. We only had drinks as it was closing. The tranquil setting brings peace and quietness as you sip your tea in an unhurried manner. We had a cold brew and a fruity tea against the pouring rain outside. But inside this living room concept, you are well covered with objects that makes you curious. Will come back for the lunch menu!

Groundstory is more than good food, sweets, and coffee. The coffee is extracted from beans roasted by Common Man Coffee Roasters to perfection. The vessels are almost like an extended part of the wonderful arts and crafts surrounding you if you eat in. The food is delightful and light. Have been through the entire vegetarian menu. Everything is good and an Asian / Italian fusion that fit our palettes well. Groundstory also has its own pastry chef. Just watch out gaining too much weight munchin’ through all the treats. Highly recommend for coffee lovers and people looking for a healthier lunch choice and who appreciates a quiet place with a nice atmosphere.
